My Story

Hiya, I'm Emily the florist behind Va Va Bloom. I live in the centre of Bristol where I have my workshop and enjoy many hours of fun, designing and creating the most sensational arrangements.

Prior to starting Va Va Bloom I spent nearly 10 years in the corporate world, working in a range of functions including Purchasing, Sales and Services. I am lucky enough to now use these skills to successfully run Va Va Bloom and make sure your bouquet, wedding, event or workshop exceeds your expectations.

I am passionate about letting flowers effortlessly shine and working with their natural lines, they are so beautiful after all! We have some wonderful British flowers and foliage grown close to Bristol which I love to use in my designs.

Designed with the environment in mind

I work to minimise the impact I have on the environment and design with this in mind.

We are lucky to have some fabulous local grows around Bristol who produce some beautiful, natural flowers that really make our arrangements sing! I look to use British flowers as much as I can, designing based on the best the season has to offer.

Foam free designs are used frequently, whether in a table display or large installation. I will always review how I work and make improvements as I can.
