My Bespoke Package
The second of the two Wedding Day flower packages I offer is the Bespoke Package. All wedding days are individually created to match the couples personalities and vision, this package is our highest involvement as we create something truly bespoke! I will develop a design concept based on your preferred style and colour scheme making sure everything matches the overall vision for your day!
This package is for couples looking for flowers in these areas:
Personal Flowers - your bouquets, buttonholes, corsages and hair flowers.
Ceremony Flowers – everything from pew ends, alter or signing table arrangements, ceremony backdrops and entrance way arches or urns.
Reception Flowers – sign flowers, drinks table arrangements, cake flowers, installations such as arch ways, mantelpiece arrangements, hanging installations and moongates.
Wedding Breakfast Flowers – bud vases, urn or bowl arrangements, riser arrangements and garlands.
How we would work together follows the following steps:
Completion of my enquiry form so I can check my availability, I only take on a limited number if weddings a year to make sure I can fully focus on each wedding!
Hopefully I am available, so next is completing my Initial Questionnaire and book in your Initial Consultation, so I can begin to understand you and your floral needs!
Provision of your Quote, where I will provide you with a mini moodboard based on your colour pallet and seasonal flowers, a breakdown of your arrangements (with possible options to help meet your budget) and pricing. Together we will work to confirm your final arrangements and price.
A Final Consultation around 6 weeks before your wedding where we will discuss the final arrangements, including confirmation of your colour pallet and collection arrangements
On your big day we deliver all your personal flowers and then we set up all your Ceremony, Reception and Wedding Breakfast flowers ready for you to enjoy!
If you require, the following day we will return to take down your flowers. Any flowers that are still healthy I will package up ready to be taken and enjoyed by you and your guests.
My Bespoke Package is all about you! From the colour, style and arrangements, we make it easy for you with delivery and set up on the day of your Wedding! All along your wedding planning journey I will be around to bounce any ideas off or help in any way I can.
Things to keep in mind:
To provide you with the best quality and price I work with the seasons as much as possible. This provides you with the very best of what we have in the UK. This does mean that, although peonies are beautiful, I wouldn’t recommend them for your September wedding as we have lots of lovely dahlias in season which are just as beautiful!
Pinterest is a wonderful source of inspiration and a great place to generate ideas and create your vision for your big day! Please do remember that some of these images use faux flowers which will create a slightly different look to fresh flowers as they are very uniformed and can be manipulated to face different angles without concern for the stem breaking! It is also important to remember, the budget of each wedding isn’t clear on Pintrest. A lot of the very large scale weddings will have flower budgets of £10,000 plus! This is great if you have a similar budget but just be mindful if you don’t, that’s not to say you cant create something as equally beautiful and impactful but for a fraction of the same budget!
