My Intimate Package
At Va Va Bloom we offer two Wedding Day flower packages which I will explain in a bit more detail in this blog post and next month’s blog post. This month I will focus on our Intimate Package, next month will be all about my Bespoke Package!
The way my Intimate Package works is based on a lower level of involvement than our Bespoke Package to provide you with the best personal floral options and cost possible. Your flowers will be as beautiful and carefully created as my Bespoke Package (please don’t worry about this 😊) but with a lower touch point at the start of my process, due to the more intimate focus on your personal flowers, and not a whole wedding.
How we would work together includes:
Completion of my Initial questionnaire, so I can begin to understand you and your floral needs!
Provision of your Quote, which will provide you with a mini moodboard based on your colour pallet and in season flowers, a breakdown of your arrangements (with possible options to help meet your budget) and pricing. Together we will work to confirm your final arrangements and price.
A Final Consultation around 6 weeks before your wedding where we will discuss the final arrangements for your Bouquets and Buttonholes, including confirmation of your colour pallet and collection arrangements.
Collection of your Bouquets and Buttonholes the day before your wedding day!
My Intimate Package is all about your personal flowers!
It is for couples who want only Bridal Bouquet, Bridesmaid Bouquets and Buttonholes. I will ask you for a colour pallet and then you will allow me to create your beautiful Bouquets and Buttonholes. These will all be made and ready for you to collect the day before your wedding day.
Your Bridal Bouquets will be made in a traditional style with a mix of best in season flowers and foliage that match your colour pallet. All Bridesmaid Bouquets will be created to look similar to the Bridal Bouquet but on a smaller scale. Your Buttonholes will have a range of blooms and foliage to match with your Bouquets and finished with a pin for attaching to your jacket. All Bouquets and Buttonholes are finished with a silk ribbon.
Things to keep in mind:
· Flowers are bought in buckets or wraps and not individual stems. To provide a variety of stems in your Bouquets and Buttonholes it requires a number of buckets or wraps to produce this look. In a Wedding where the flowers can be used in different arrangements the cost of these flowers can be spread. This is why you might find the cost of an individual bouquet and buttonhole to be higher than you would expect.
· You will need to find somewhere cool and safe to keep your Bouquets and Buttonholes once you have collected them to ensure they are looking their best on your wedding day. Travelling with your flowers needs to be considered to prevent stems from becoming broken or bruised. I am happy to advise you on this or delivery can be arranged at an additional cost
