At Va Va Bloom we would love working with you on your special Wedding or Event. It is one of our favourite floral activities!
I thought it would be helpful to explain how we would work together to bring your vision to life! I have had the idea, that the easiest way to describe my process was to explain it as the Dating to Marriage journey, let me know what you think in the comment section below!
Your Initial Enquiry, usually via my website, will trigger the start of your enquiry and where we will begin to get to know each other. I will check I am free for your date and that we match, then we will start on our road to Marriage!
I will ask you to complete my Initial Questionnaire and book in an Initial Consultation with me.
Your Initial Questionnaire will need to be completed before your Initial Consultation. It provides me with more details about your Wedding or Event and allow me to start putting together your Quote.
At your Initial Consultation we will go though every elements of your Wedding or Event and discuss all your floral needs. This will give me everything I need to put together your Quote!
After your Initial Consultation I will work away on your Quote, this will cover your design aesthetic, a breakdown of your arrangements (with possible options to help meet your budget) and total pricing. Together we will work to confirm your final arrangements and price.
Once everything is agreed, your Non-Refundable Booking Fee is due to confirm Va Va Bloom as your florist and book in your date!
Finally, I will create your Moodboards which will provide a more detailed look at each of your arrangements based on what we have confirmed in your Quote. This will provide you with the full look for your day!
About 3 months before your big day I will check back in with you and ask you to book your Final Consultation. Ideally this should be after you have received all you RSVPs and before your final payment is due, which is 4 weeks before your Big Day.
At your Final Consultation we will review your Quote and Moodboards, check in on the details of your day and confirm all your floral arrangements.
Once I have received your Final Payment, I will start the pre-ordering process for your flowers. I want to make sure we secure all of those beautiful blooms for you!
The week leading up to your big day is when everything becomes very busy at Va Va Bloom as we work hard to deliver and condition your flowers, prep and eventually create all your arrangements and finally pack up everything ready for delivery to your location.
On your Big Day we will deliver and set up all your arrangements, at your location, in a timely manner. This could include staying to relocate arrangements to make sure you and your guests take full advantage of each one!
Finally, after your Big Day ends, we will return and take down any remaining arrangements. Any healthy flowers can be made into posy’s to be taken home and enjoyed.
After a final goodbye and thank you for allowing us to be part of your Wedding or Event, we will head home for a well earned rest!
